the location was ideal for exploring the city. the staff was super helpful. our room had wonderful views of the tower bridge and the jesuit baroque church. my husband especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.
i found the pillows uncomfortable. they flattened almost completely.

perfect locationunreliable wificramped room
the location was indeed perfect, very central to everything.
i found a couple of things quite disappointing. first, the wifi was really unreliable. it was difficult to stay connected (even for simple tasks), so i ended up using my data most of the time. also, the room felt a little cramped. there wasn't much space to move around comfortably, particularly around the bed.

The hotel had an excellent location, really easy to get around from there. I found access to filtered water in the hallway a plus. They allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel after checkout, very helpful.
One of our rooms had a lock that did not work, a big safety issue. Air conditioning was quite poor. It was not acceptable. The pillows flattened almost completely. They were uncomfortable.
